NOVIZKI Core studies familiarize students with the fundamentals of the NOVIZKI Method. The program introduces the realm of phenomenology, therapeutic interventions, creative arts, and self-development, which together serve as the foundation of the NOVIZKI Method. The curriculum is taught in supervised creative-workshops, classroom lectures, presentations, discussions, and creative practice. The theory taught throughout the program is always accompanied by creative exercises, exciting learning experiences, therapeutic observations, and discussions.

The NOVIZKI Method is a unique method that utilizes artmaking across numerous theoretical approaches. Dr Bella NOVIZKI takes art therapy one step further, by circumventing the limitations of verbal communication through artmaking, and the combination of well-established therapeutic approaches such as: existential psychotherapy, art therapy, and CBT. The NOVIZKI Method engages the mind, body, and spirit by combining artwork, cognition, and emotion.

CSM (Crystallization, Symbolization, Mirroring), a short-term therapeutic intervention established by Dr NOVIZKI, teaches us to observe parts of ourself within our own creations. This clinically practiced technique is taught in the NCS program.

During the NOVIZKI Core Study program, participants are able to experience the therapeutic process in their own lives. Once we are able to utilize NOVIZKI techniques in their own lives, we are they are then able to use them to help others.
